1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from ClowderX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

Our products are premium wooden pet feeding stands supplied with stainless-steel bowls where applicable. Natural variations in wood grain, texture and colour are normal and are not defects.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues or legal requirements.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payments

Orders are processed only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery where available.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.

8. Product Care

Keep wooden products dry. Do not soak in water or place in a dishwasher. Clean using a soft damp cloth and dry immediately.

9. Pet Safety

Our products are intended to improve feeding comfort but are not veterinary or medical devices. Always supervise pets during use.

10. Intellectual Property

All ClowderX® logos, product designs, photographs, graphics and website content are owned by ClowderX by Milestone Endeavour. Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

11. User Content

Reviews, photos and feedback submitted by customers may be used by ClowderX for marketing and promotional purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClowderX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on our website.
