Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Include all original packaging and accessories.
* Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing founder@clowderx.in along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Products without original packaging.
* Custom or personalised products.
* Gift cards.
* Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, UPI providers, or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact us at founder@clowderx.in.

Return Shipping

* If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us, ClowderX will bear the return shipping cost.
* For returns due to a change of mind or any reason not related to product quality or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
